2. Plans & Subscriptions
- Recharge Plan: Meals are delivered only upon user request and within the plan validity period. No extensions or pauses are allowed.
- Standard Plan: Includes a pre-selected number of meals with the ability to pause. All pauses must be requested within ordering time frames.
- Plan Validity: All plans come with a defined validity. Meals not claimed within this period will lapse and cannot be carried forward or refunded.
3. Order & Cut-Off Timings
- Lunch Orders must be placed or cancelled before 12:00 AM (midnight) of the same day.
- Dinner Orders must be placed or cancelled before 12:00 PM (noon) of the same day.
