1. Order Confirmation & Modifications:
- DumbellBox reserves the right to cancel any order.
- Your order is confirmed once you receive an email from DumbellBox.
- The delivery date and time, once selected, cannot be modified for single-day orders.
2. Cancellations & Refunds:
- It is not possible to cancel a meal box for same-day delivery. DumbellBox requires one day prior notification to update your order.
- No refund is possible once the order has been accepted by DumbellBox.
- Subscription amount once paid , cannot be refunded .
3. Subscription Flexibility:
- If you don’t wish to receive your meal box for a day or specific period, you can set your holidays. Your DumbellBox subscription will then be carried forward for the next weekdays. You will receive a notification once your holidays have been set up properly.
4. Subscription Completion Timelines:
- Monthly (20 meals) subscriptions must be completed within 25 days of the subscription start date.
- Weekly (10 meals) subscriptions must be completed within 10 days of the subscription start date.
- (40 meals) subscriptions must be completed within 52 days of the subscription start date.
- (60 meals) subscriptions must be completed within 90 days of the subscription start date.
